Got a message from Fenelon on Thursday afternoon. He came by Friday morning and by Friday evening the job was done. It looks so good. I wish I had before pictures. Fenelon communicated with me throughout the project. His crew that worked on my pool know their craft.

Contacted Fenelon on a Saturday morning and he was out at my house by that afternoon. Walked him through my problem with the tile detaching from the Infiniti edge. We talked about options and what the job would entail. He got back to me with an estimate, his insurance and list of references – which awesome. We talked about the tile and agreed on the price on Monday. He told me he could be at my house on Tuesday and complete the job. Crew showed Tuesday morning and were done by late afternoon. The crew cleaned up all of the area and walked me through what they did. It looked amazing! Wife came and she agreed that it was a job well done! Fenelon communicated with me throughout the process and I couldn’t be happier. Would definitely recommend them again.

Our HOA community pool needed renovation which involved pool re-plastering, installing a cool deck, depth tile markers and new handrails. Our HOA was on a very tight timeframe to have the pool work completed prior to Memorial Day weekend 2023. Fenelon “Fen”, the owner, was always available to answer all questions, address concerns and provide all requested documentation in a most timely manner. Most importantly, the work was all completed on time and what we got and saw was quality work for a reasonable price.

I needed to do a total renovation to my pool and Fenalon(the owner of the company) , I knew he was the one that I wanted to use when I met him. I talked to several pool companies and I just knew he was the one. He was so very polite and explained everything that needed to be done and I just knew he was being truthful. I am so happy with my results of my pool. It turned out so beautiful and Fenalon was always available. I would not hesitate to use his company again for any of my outdoor projects.

Fenelon ( ITA Phoenix owner) is so honest and easy to work with! He listened to our wants and needs and brought us great samples of materials to choose from! He is so knowledgeable and kind and we chose the colors for the gunite quartz, tiles for the top water line edge, and chipped edge stone for the pool. We also chose a light gray for the pool surround that is a non slip surface and smooth to our feet! Our pool hadn’t been used for 25 years, plumbed up a hill (sad mistake for whoever originally built it) and when it was open, we had a very hard time keeping blue water in it; we always had green or yellow algae. So, Fenelon re-plumbed the whole pool, put the new pool salt/sand filter down by the pool where it belongs and which we love. He also removed the old, bad equipment for us. He took care of everything in a very expert and congenial, easy to communicate with way and was onsite for each step of our renovation! Indeed, we saw him checking on everything just about every day! We added a railing down the steps to walk down into the pool and tiles for safety on the front edge of each step and seating ledge of the pool. He removed the old pebble coating on the pool surround, which was painful and hot to our feet and repaired the cement underneath so he could put on the greatest pool deck we’ve ever seen in place for our enjoyment! It is the prettiest pool I have ever seen and our whole family loves it and enjoys it so much! He gave us everything we wanted and more!! Even a matching stone walkway down to the pool from our porch! All his workers are professionals at what they do and very nice too! We have such a perfect, glorious pool that we don’t need to go anywhere else for a tip-top, enjoyable experience right in our own backyard! And it looks so beautiful that it’s like stepping into our own, gorgeous spa/pool!!! He gave us a very reasonable quote, stuck to it, provided excellent service and my whole family would unconditionally recommend him for anyone who wants a trouble-free experience with a pool renovation!!! I would like to give him a hundred stars instead of the five on this rating and he and his crews would totally deserve every one of those stars!!! We didn’t have a single negative experience!! Fenelon is the greatest and if we moved and had another pool, I would re-hire him in a milli-second to do the job for us all over again on a different pool!!! I can’t recommend him enough!!! He and his crews are amazing, awesome and expert beyond our expectations!!!! Super thanks and kudos for the wonderful, excellent work, to Fenelon for his time, patience and expert advice. He is truly a great man of his word and we are proud to have met him!!! Everyone says we have the prettiest pool they’ve ever seen!!!!! Fenelon provided me a very reasonable quote for my pool resurfacing. His team performed the service flawlessly and I was extremely happy with the end result. I just feel I have a brand new pool now.

Fenelon Pimenta, resurfaced our pool and spa, (including tile around the perimeter, coping and pressure-testing for leaks), renovated our patio and built a custom outdoor kitchen. We have worked with many contractors over the years, and Fenelon is the best, far superior than the rest. Fenelon always wanted the best for us and our project. He is honest, with a high level of integrity and standards to match. All aspects of the job – the stonework, tile, resurfacing, construction, drainage – were professionally performed. The results were beyond expectations. The stone-cutter, in particular, was very impressive, more of an artist. He laid and cut the stone entirely by eye and feel. Beautiful layout, tight-fitting and level pavers (rectangular and square stone in various sized), installed with a perfect slope for drainage. Just spectacular. Fenelon communicated well – kept us informed as to what was going on and replied promptly to our questions. Fenelon was on site pretty much daily, guiding workers, making sure things were done properly, checking with us if he had any questions. He even added some beautiful touches on his own – like using the granite for our countertop as backsplashes. He was flexible and went out of his way to improve or redo things that might not have gone precisely as planned (which will, of course, happen in any project). With supplies and workers often in short supply, Fenelon worked even harder to make things happen, get the job done, which he did, in 5-star fashion. We look forward to staying in touch.
